By using this site, you agre of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

In these terms and conditions, "we" and "us" means Yes Support Services Sdn Bhd and "you" means the person, firm or corporation purchasing the Goods indicated in your Sales Order. Unless the context requires otherwise, words spelt with initial capitalised letters are defined terms and shall bear the meanings set out in these terms and conditions. Except to the extent that the subject matter or context may otherwise require in these terms and conditions, (i) expressions including the singular may indicate the plural and vice versa, (ii) expressions indicating any particular gender may indicate all other genders and (iii) expressions indicating bodies corporate may also indicate natural persons and vice versa.


Prices and availability of Goods are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and We reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after a Sales Order has been submitted and whether or not the Sales Order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your Sales Order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the terms set out in "Cancellations" below..


At the moment, all success application is only able to collect their Goods in Self-Collection method.
Our telemarketing representative will call you for arrangement once the application had approved or upon stock availability.

a. Self-Collection

If you choose for the Self-Collection method, Goods only can be collect from Yes Support Taman Gaya, please bring along these items at the time of collection:

  1. Your NRIC
  2. The purchasing credit card, which should be in your name (unless otherwise permitted by us)
  3. The confirmation email or printing Sales Order from us

Collection can be done 3 days from sales order confirmation date (only on working days) during working hours (Mon - Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm or Sat 9.00am - 1.00pm).

However, if the Goods are not collected within 1 month from the date on which the Goods are ready for collection, our representative will contact you.

If the collection have been made from you within 14 days from the notification call, we may charge RM100 for storage and administration fee. We reserves the rights not to entertain the collection or fulfil the Sales Order should the Goods remain uncollected 2 months after your Sales Order unless prior approval from website management with citing reasons for the late collection.


a. Sales Order

All Sales Orders submitted to us through the ansuranmudah.com.my website are subject to our acceptance. Sales Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the purchased Goods, and until that time we reserve the right to reject your Sales Order. We shall be entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any Sales Order, for any reason whatsoever, even after a Sales Order is confirmed by, and paid for by the customer, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.

c. Payment Security

Yes Support Services Sdn Bhd corporate with MOLPay to provide secure online payment environment to you. All of the transactions made within this website are processed using MolPay secure payment gateway that encrypts your card details in 256-bit SSL encryption environment. MolPay notified by Bank Negara Malaysia of Compliance with Section 5(3) of the Payment System Act 2003, PCI Data Security Standard Compliance, and 3D Secure verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode compliance  

d. Cancellation

We reserves the right to refund you the Price of any Goods which has been paid and received by us, even after the relevant Sales Order is confirmed and payment has been received by us, in lieu of delivery or supply of such Goods.  


a. 15 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy

If you're not totally happy with the product you purchased, you may apply for refund or return/exchange, within 7 days (from date of purchase/delivery, whichever is later).

We only accept returns and exchange based on the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days from date of purchase/delivery (whichever is later).
  • The goods must be in "as new" as in it's original condition including it's box (undamaged) along with product guarantee card, free gifts, vouchers, accessories associated with the purchase must also be returned at the same time.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
  • All sealed items msut not be opened.
  • Certain categories of products cannot be exchanged. These include Apple Products, Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), Mobile Phone, Game Console, Made-to-order/ Custom-Made, Air-Conditioner (once installed), Home Appliances (once used). Personal Care Products, Headsets and Earphones are not allowed for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  • If delivery has taken place, then the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.

We only offer exchanges for items of the same price.

b. How to return or refund

Within 7 days from date of purchase/delivery, please call our customer service representative at 1 300 888 937 to apply. Our service representative will arrange the courier service to collect back the refund/exchange item.

Within 7 days, please contact our customer service at 1 300 888 937 and specifying the reason for the return. We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your address (at no additional cost) and only available for Penisular Malaysia area of Johor Bahru, Shah Alam, Rawang and Senawang. Other area that stated will charged a flat rate of RM80.

Please note the normal processing time for refund requests is 4 - 6 weeks from date of request.


With respect to all branded Goods, such Goods are supplied and sold on an "as is where is" basis, unless the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods has issued a warranty in respect of such Goods, in which case such Goods are supplied and sold with the warranties issued and granted by the manufacturer, or supplier, of such Goods only. You hereby agree to look solely to such manufacturer, or supplier, for any claims related to such warranties.

  1. The High Risk Program only covers a Product which:
    • is purchased new from Yes Support Services Sdn Bhd
    • manufactured for domestic and personal use, and must be kept in private dwelling in Malaysia only.
  2. The Insurer's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the price of each single item and/or shall not exceed the total purchase price as Sale/Purchase Invoice.
  3. Term of Cover - Lightning, Fire, Flood, Bugs, Virus & Voltage.
  4. Upon approval of claim by the Insurer Yes Support Services Sdn Bhd shall undertake to Repair or Replace the Loss/Damage item similar to the original purchase item. However, if the similar item is not available or discontinued in the market, it shall be replaced with an item of equivalent specifications or in value not exceeding the Market Price.
  5. Any loss or destruction or damage or expenses whatsoever resulting or arising there from or any consequential loss directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from ionising radiations or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear fuel or from the combustion or nuclear fuel. Solely for the purpose of this exclusion combustion shall include any self-sustaining process of nuclear fission.
  6. Loss or damage consequent upon war invasion act of foreign enemy hostilities (whether war be declared or not) civil war rebellion revolution insurrection or military or usurper power and any consequence of riot civil commotion earthquake or volcanic eruption.
  7. Loss or delay confiscation or detention by Custom House or by other Officials or Authorities.
  8. Loss or damage arising from atmospheric conditions (other than lightning storm or tempest) wear and tear gradual deterioration any process of cleaning or restoring or from adjustment repair or dismantling of any part of Property or loss of or damage to any part whilst removed from its normal working position.
  9. Loss or damage arising from mechanical breakdown of the property or any part thereof.
  10. Destruction of or damage to any part of the Property by its own ignition electrical breakdown or burnout.
  11. Loss of or damage to records films or tapes other than by Fire and then only for the value material.
  12. Any loss or destruction or damage directly on indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from nuclear weapons materials.

  1. Premier Service Plan are consists of 5 vouchers, Colour Tuning Service, Tutorial Service, On Loan TV Service, TV Relocation Service and Trade In Guarantee Service.
  2. Any voucher is not redeemable for any new purchase of product and service.
  3. Any voucher is only valid with purchase item serial number as shown on purchase invoice. For other items that are without voucher, RM99 will be charged as service charge.
  4. Any voucher is not refundable for cash and any unutilized amount.
  5. Any voucher is only valid for one time redemption upon presentation of voucher.
  6. For any appointment, contact Service Hotline 1 300 888 937 (Working hour 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday).
  7. Coverage area for on site service is up to 30 km from the nearest outlet of Yes Support Services Sdn Bhd. For locations outside of coverage area, a travelling cost of RM1.00 per km shall be charged to the customer.
  8. Yes Support Services Sdn Bhd will not accept liability for replacement in the event of a voucher been lost.
  9. Yes Support Services Sdn Bhd, and its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury and damage howsoever caused to the redeemer.
  10. Any voucher is issued subject to the Terms & Conditions of sale or issue. By using this voucher, you acknowledge that you have read such terms and conditions and undertaketo abide by same. The decision made by Yes Support Services Sdn Bhd is final.
  11. The management reserves the right to make any alterations to the advertised arrangements without being obliged to offer refund or exchange.
Colour Tuning Service
  1. Voucher of Colour Tuning Service will expires after 12 months from the month of issue.
  2. Colour tuning is scientifically calculates the correct adjustments to brightness, contrast, colour, tint and temperature. The calculation result just as reference only.
Tutorial Service
  1. Voucher of Tutorial Service will expires after 24 months from the month of issue.
  2. Tutorial only apply on item purchased only.
On Loan TV Service
  1. Voucher of On Loan TV Service will expires after 24 months from the month of issue.
  2. On loan unit only will be provided during manufacturer warranty service.
  3. Service job sheet from manufacturer is required to apply for TV on loan.
  4. Applicant is required to fill in and submit an on loan TV application form to proceed by management.
TV Relocation Service
  1. Voucher of TV Relocation Service will expires after 60 months from the month of issue.
  2. This voucher only cover for TV set moving and basic installation within 30 km.
Trade In Guarantee Service
  1. Voucher of Trade In Guarantee Service will expires after 60 months from the month of issue.
  2. Trade in compensation value will be determined by Yes Support Services Sdn Bhd.


The cover provided under the Extended Warranty is for the repair and replacement of part(s) and component(s) in the event the product stated in the Extended Warranty Certificate fails to operate as a result of Mechanical or Electrical breakdown only and only to the extent provided by the manufacturer of the product under the manufacturer's warranty and extending the warranty period for a further duration beginning on the expiry date of the manufacturers warranty and expiring on the Expiry Date for the extended warranty as stated in the Extended Warranty Certificate.


The Extended Warranty only covers a Product which:-
  1. is purchased new from Yes Support Services Sdn Bhd
  2. Manufactured for domestic and personal use in Malaysia only
  3. Included at the time of purchase the manufacturer's complete and original warranty valid in Malaysia
Limit of Liability

The repair and replacement costs of the component(s) or part(s) (including labour charges) or in total for all claims in the aggregate is limited up to the Retail Purchase Price of the Product. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated above, if any cost of repair or aggregate of repairs is likely to exceed the prevailing retail price of the Product, then a replacement item of the same Product or a product of like functionality, will be offered in settlement and Coverage under that Extended Warranty will be prematurely terminate on the date that the product was replaced.
The full costs of repairs of Product including parts, replacement costs, labour and transport costs will be borne by Extended Warranty Provider under the provisions of the Contract.

This extended warranty plan does not provide Coverage for:-
  1. Appearance of structural items, such as housing, case or frame, decorative parts or parts designated to be replaced periodically during the life of the product. add on items, accessories or attachments, external wiring and cabling, battery chargers, racks, bins, knobs, handles, antennas, remote control.
  2. Normal routine maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments or alignment
  3. Problems or defects caused by unauthorized modifications or failure to follow the manufacturers installation, operation or maintainance instructions. Damage caused by unauthorized repair personnel is not covered. Unauthorized repair or replacement of covered products shall result in the cancellation of this plan.
  4. Problems or defects due to lack of maintenance as required by the manufacturer
  5. Reception and/or tranmission problems resulting from external causes, modem or data transfer devices.
  6. Any problems or defects not covered by manufacturers warranty
  7. Damage from fire, theft, burglary, accident, neglect, misuse, or abuse. Acts of god including but not limited to earthquake, storm or tempest(wind), sand, water, flood, rising water, lightning, malicious damage, aircraft, vehicle impact, corrosion, battery leakage, power outages or surges, inadequate or improper voltage, or current, animal or insect infestation.
  8. Normal wear and tear items not integral or necessary to the functioning of the product or routine service, or if wear and tear on the part has exceeded the field tolerances allowed by the Manufacturer.
  9. Commercial usage (except for office products such as facsimile machines, copiers and computers which are used for home and light office use).
  10. Any defects which are subject to a manufacturers recall or which are covered under a manufacturers program of reimbursement.
  11. Breakdown caused by computer virus or realignment to products. Defects resulted directly and/or indirectly from software installation and removal are also excluded.
  12. Consequential losses of any kind and transportation damage are excluded.
  13. Products will removed or altered serial numbers are not covered.
  14. Any failure, malfunction, defect, inoperability, breakdown, disruption or stoppage of the product functions or the function of any related components caused by, arising from or related to directly or indirectly any design, planning or engineering compatibility, omission or deficiency with the incidents of the year 2000.
For Repairs
  1. Within the manufacturer's Warranty-Contact the Manufacturer or the authorized repairer directly.
  2. After Manufacturer's Warranty but within the Extended Warranty Period - send to our any outlets for repair authorization.
  3. We reserve the right to send the set for repair at any repairer authorized by respective dealer.
